A free digital library
Okay so 2007 isn’t exactly vintage, but in terms of technology it may as well be. When Brewster Kahle gave this talk, the original iPhone had only been around for 6 months and Twitter was still a baby chick, having been created just over a year before. So when Kahle spoke about creating a pure digital library, you can imagine how much of a feat this would have been.
